Living room: The spacious living room is equipped with granite flooring, the latest technical equipment, 3D flat screen TV, internet access, fax, printer, WiFi, DVD. In the living room there is an upholstered suite with an additional bed (1.60 m x 2 m) for 2 persons. A desk and a sideboard containing a small library, CD’s, DVD’s and board games. The living room is divided by a partition wall in the middle to the kitchen.
Kitchen: The open modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, etc… as well as numerous kitchen utensils in mint condition invite you to cook. A 1.60 m dining table, which can be extended to 2.20 m, and 4 chairs are also located in the cosy kitchen-cum-living room.
Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) as well as a 2.50 m wide wardrobe and two bedside chests. There is also an LCD television in the bedroom.
Corridor: In the hallway there is a wardrobe with full-length mirror.
Bathroom: The exclusive bathroom offers a lot of pampering comfort with a shower and modern comfortable bathroom equipment such as hairdryer, cosmetic mirror.
Sunny south-west facing terrace: 10 m² south-west facing outdoor terrace with table, chairs, parasol
Baby / toddler equipment:a cot (60 x 120 cm) with bed linen and an adjustable high chair are available on request.
Other: Car parking spaces are available in front of the house. A children’s travel cot and a children’s high chair can be provided on request. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Bicycles can be rented on request.
In the holiday home there are numerous current DVDs, CDs, a small library as well as board games and toys for children.
