The living room leads onto the 20 sqm south-west-facing terrace with modern furniture and electric barbecue.
Kitchen: The open, high-quality brand-name fitted kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, etc…as well as numerous kitchen utensils in mint condition invite you to cook. A 1.60 m dining table, which can be extended to 2.20 m, and 4 chairs are also located in the exclusive eat-in kitchen.
Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), a 2.50 m wide wardrobe and two chests of drawers. There is also an LCD television in the bedroom.
Corridor: In the light-flooded hallway there is a wardrobe with full-length mirror.
Bathroom: The exclusive bathroom offers a lot of pampering comfort with a shower and modern comfortable bathroom equipment such as hairdryer, cosmetic mirror.
