Sunny southwest balcony: with beach chair, chairs and a table. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and a shoe cupboard.
Basement: A parking space is available in the underground garage. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the common room.
Bicycles: For the flat, 1 ladies’ bike, 1 men’s bike and a 24″ children’s bike are available in the bike cellar for guests to use free of charge.
